Responsibilities:

As a Battery Assembly Engineer, you will oversee the assembly of Li-ion battery packs in our manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibilities include optimizing production processes, maintaining quality control, managing materials, and ensuring safety compliance.

1. Efficient Assembly: Ensure the efficient and precise assembly of Li-ion battery packs, emphasizing quality and cost-effectiveness.

2. Process Optimization: Continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance production yields, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.

3. Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control procedures, including comprehensive testing and inspection, to meet or exceed industry standards.

4. Material Management: Manage the inventory of assembly materials and components to ensure a smooth production flow.

5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations within the battery assembly area, prioritizing a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in Li-ion battery assembly or similar precision manufacturing. Your expertise should encompass Li-ion battery chemistry and production processes, a commitment to safety, strong problem-solving skills, and effective collaboration within cross-functional teams. Additionally, your ability to stay updated on Li-ion battery advancements and drive process innovation will be invaluable in maintaining our competitive edge in the industry.
