Location – Saket, Delhi, Delhi

Responsibilities:

Technical troubleshooting – They will manage technical support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, and handled in a timely manner, as well as follow-ups.


Customer service – They will monitor and respond to phone calls, emails, and chats concerning technical issues for both new and existing clients.


Data analysis – they will derive insights from a variety of data sources and argue for actions that benefit both the consumer and the business.


Communication skills – Customer support application engineers must be able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical individuals.


Analytical skills – doing root-cause analysis for technological difficulties is an important part of this profession.

Organization skills – he/she must multi-task and prioritize multiple support requests under time constraints.


Qualifications:

B.Tech in Mechanical.
Knowledge in AutoCAD, Civil 3D & Revit, or any 3D software is preferable.
Having experience of 3-4 years in handling technical design software.
Preferably working experience in Customer support.
A permanent address in Delhi is preferable.
Mandate – sound personality, strong communication power
