▪ Qualification – ITI in Electrical/Mechanical
▪ Experience – 0-4 years experience in the specialized ITI FMCG / Retail / Services and Real Estate
industry
JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for performing duties to Store Maintenance, PMS, troubleshoot, repair and
maintain production and facility equipment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maintenance Operation-
▪ Responding to breakdowns
▪ Diagnosing faults
▪ Repairing equipment like Oven cleaning, Ac’s Compressor,
Baking Equipment’s
▪ Maintenance of Electrical Equipment’s
▪ Resolving the complaint for Each Restaurants
▪ Respond quickly in the case of Emergency events
▪ Perform other Maintenance duties as per requirement
▪ Attending the Complaint Help Desk
Service Efficiency
▪ Achieving average resolution time. i.e. 48 Hrs.
▪ Achieving Preventive Maintenance schedule compliances
i.e. 95%
Governance
▪ 100% PM check sheet updation.
Customer Complaint Handling Process
Ensuring 100% Complaint Closure within TAT
▪ Complaint in a store less than twice per month
▪ Critical complaints should be less than twice per quarter

▪ Ensure safety at work area
▪ 100 % GAP mitigation of all cross
functional safety audits
