2. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Team Lead- Power Utility and Electric Mobility (PUEM), the Senior Research Associate will join the Power Utility and Electric Mobility (PUEM) team and work closely with the other verticals of AEEE (Buildings and Communities, Industrial Energy Efficiency and Energy Data Analytics and State and Local Actions). This PUEM team is closely following the developments in the power utility and electric mobility space in India and undertakes research with unique value proposition to support India’s energy transition.
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Support the Power Utilities and eMobility research activities focused on advocating Energy Efficiency as a Resource by seeking synergy with Distributed Energy Resources, Smart Grid Technologies, Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure, Smart Energy Meters, Energy Storage, Demand Side Management and Demand Response;
(2) Manage the day to day project activities including, assigning work to RAs/ Consultants, coordinating and reviewing the work from project partners and providing guidance to the team;

3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications
Applicants must have Under-graduation and Post-graduation in Electrical Engineering, Energy and allied fields from reputed institutions in India or overseas
Experience
(1) At least five years’ experience in the field of electric mobility/ power/ energy efficiency/ renewable energy in research or consulting domain;
(2) Experience in electric vehicle charging and vehicle to grid integration; experience in electric bus charging shall be an advantage;
(3) Expert knowledge in power sector and electric mobility policies and regulations in India
Skills and Competencies

Position : Expense Reporting Analyst
What You Will Be Doing
- Expense reports: Review expense reports submitted by employees for overall reasonableness; ensure that users are not in violation of Corporate Travel Policy and Government regulations.
- Help Desk: Provide backup support and engage in solutions to user problems to ensure user satisfaction and productivity.
- Reports: Review all daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure that data is processing correctly per audit rules and Corporate policy. This includes ensuring receipt flags are set properly and employee data is updated properly.
- New implementations: Work with the management, and IT staff to set up and monitor implementation of new business units on the Corporate Travel and Expense reporting solution. This could be due to acquisitions or the growth/reorganization, and adoption of corporate business units using the automated expense reporting system.
- Duties include training all new travelers in the use of the Corporate Travel and Expense reporting solution to adhere to Corporate Travel Policy. Corporate Card administration: Work with business unit to assist in card reconciliation when card may have been suspended or canceled.
- Support as necessary the linking of new Corporate Cards to employee in expense reporting system to ensure Corporate Card automated feed of charges. Monitor Corporate Card payments and refunds.
